Any rights, claim, use, title and interest in and to the FinSoft, LLC Home Page (collectively PAGES), including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, screen designs, downloadable documents, layouts, and applets, incorporated into the PAGES and other associated PAGES that are part of the collection of PAGES within THE FinSoft, LLC pages not expressly granted in this AGREEMENT are reserved exclusively by FinSoft, LLC.

FinSoft and Clear Choice Seminars hold copyrights on these pages, programs and documents attached to and as part of:

You may not link to our images. You may not use our layouts or screen designs.

Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly: You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the PAGES, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

This License gives you no rights to such content and no other rights may be assumed.

The PAGES are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

You may make one backup copy or install the PAGES on a single computer.

You may not copy printed materials.

FinSoft, LLC values images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, screen designs, screen layouts, database layouts, and applets at not less than $10,000.00 USD per image‑per user‑per year with no caps on total value.

If acquired in the United States, this AGREEMENT is governed by Maryland law.

If acquired outside the United States, local law may apply.

Unenforceable provisions are reformed only to the extent necessary.

All other provisions remain enforceable.

Californians have rights under California Civil Code Section 1789.3 and Business and Professions Code Section 17538.

FinSoft, LLC is located in Howard County, Maryland.

There are no charges for use of the website except for product purchases.

Charges appear on Order Confirmation pages.

Payment Methods, Sales Tax Policy, and Shipping Policy are published on finsoft.net.
